All in-stock items ship within 3 business days of cleared payments. Special/custom orders will normally ship within 5 business days, unless special circumstances (large quantities, seasonal high volume) warrant additional time. In those cases, you will be notified of any additional processing time.
You can be assured that your item(s) will be appropriately packaged and shipped with care. We try to recycle as much as possible, so some of our shipping supplies may have been used previously. Your item(s) will arrive safe and green at the same time! Domestic shipping confirmation is included with all US orders. A shipping notification with the tracking number will be sent upon shipment of your item so you may track your package.
DOMESTIC US orders include shipment, via USPS with an average 2-3 business days to arrive. Please note, occasional delays may occur during busy seasonal times, so please refer to tracking information for current status/expected delivery date.
*WORLDWIDE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE! Due to the fluctuating and variable prices, international shipping is not quoted in our listings. If interested in a custom quote, please send an inquiry, and we will be happy to provide additional shipping charges, based on destination, and create a custom order, just for you!

Please confirm your shipment address prior to submitting your order so that your package is delivered without delay or repackaging/reshipping fees. *It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address at checkout/Paypal that can accept deliveries. Tracking numbers are stored and generated on PayPal, as well as on shipping notifications sent to this shop.
*Please Note: Upon receipt of "Delivered" status on trackable parcels, Prairie Blossom Vintage cannot assume responsibility of incorrect shipments, due to buyer's error in providing an incorrect shipping address at time of order. *For added safety, additional shipment guarantee can be added, with a required signature at time of Delivery. Please inquire for a quote on this added service. It is the buyer's responsibility to report any lost/stolen goods to the USPS, including provided tracking information.
*Important information for damaged deliveries:
Although, we carefully package all shipments for safe transit, occasional shipping mishaps can happen. In the unlikely event you should receive your order in a damaged state, Prairie Blossom Vintage will gladly refund the original purchase price and original shipping fee upon receipt of returned damaged goods.
* In the event of shipping damages, buyer is responsible for returning damaged merchandise in order to receive a refund.

We try to convey all aspects of our store items, to the best of our ability, and are happy to provide additional photos/information upon request, prior to purchase. However, in the event you are dissatisfied with the quality and/or condition of your purchase, you may return the item for a full, product/original shipping refund issued to your original payment account. Refunds will be issued within 24 hrs of receipt of returned items. *You may optionally, receive a store credit in the amount of the original product/shipping purchase price to be used for future purchase. A store credit code will be provided, in such case.

All non-personalized orders are made with a "Satisfaction Guarantee", and are fully refundable, in compliance with our Returns/Exchange Policy.
